Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These Terms govern purchases of airport lounge access passes through SkyExtras.com. Please read them alongside our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

SkyExtras.com is operated by Young Digital, based at Klapczyka 48, 44-240 Żory, Poland.

2. What we sell

We sell electronic airport lounge access passes, supplied through independent third-party access providers and lounge operators. A pass is a credential to present for admission to the specified lounge, subject to the relevant provider’s validation rules and the lounge’s operating conditions. Buying a pass does not reserve a particular seat or guarantee admission at a particular time.

SkyExtras.com is an independent reseller. We do not operate the lounges, control lounge capacity, or determine lounge opening hours. Where a pass bears an access-program logo (such as DragonPass), the logo identifies the relevant pass program; it does not mean that SkyExtras.com operates that program or the lounge.

3. Choosing the correct lounge

Before payment, check the airport, terminal, lounge, access date, number of passengers, price, and any product-specific restrictions. Some lounges are before security; others are after security, or restricted to Schengen/non-Schengen passengers. Customers are responsible for having sufficient time, travel documents, valid boarding passes and access to the relevant terminal/zone.

Admission and amenities are governed by the lounge’s published rules, including capacity, security, dress code, opening hours, maximum length of stay, age rules, and any local restrictions. Shower facilities, premium food or drinks, sleeping facilities, and other extras are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

4. Who may order and passenger information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to contract, to purchase passes. You may order for other passengers where you are authorized to provide their details. Each order may contain one lounge booking and a maximum of eight (8) passenger passes. Each passenger must have a title, first name and surname; a flight number is optional unless a particular supplier requires it and this requirement is disclosed to you. Enter names as they appear on relevant travel documents where applicable.

Some providers issue one QR code covering multiple named passengers. Where a group pass is supplied, all covered passengers may need to enter together. Never duplicate, resell, alter or share a pass beyond the travelers it covers.

5. Ordering, payment and pricing

Prices are shown in EUR, with taxes and mandatory charges, where applicable, displayed before you submit payment. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and accepted. We may contact you if supplier issuance is unavailable or a material detail requires clarification; if we cannot supply the ordered access on the agreed terms, we will offer an appropriate remedy including a refund where required.

For same-day access booked during 06:00–21:00 UK time, a same-day processing charge applies once per order, not per traveler. All ordering cutoffs and delivery commitments on our website use the Europe/London time zone, including seasonal UK clock changes. The access date selected in the booking form is treated as a UK calendar date for ordering and delivery calculations; check local lounge operating times separately.

6. When passes are delivered

We issue passes manually through our access suppliers and email a secure retrieval link to the email address used at checkout.

  • Same-day orders accepted during 06:00–21:00 UK time: we aim to issue and email the passes within 60 minutes after successful payment.
  • Future-date orders placed before the standard deadline: passes are normally delivered no later than 20:00 UK time on the day before the chosen access date, and may be delivered earlier as soon as available.
  • Late future-date orders: future bookings remain open 24/7. Where an order is placed after its standard delivery deadline, we process it as soon as reasonably possible; orders received outside operating hours may be processed the following morning.

These commitments assume accurate customer information and functioning email delivery. If the stated delivery time has passed and you have not received a link, check your spam folder and contact us promptly, including on WhatsApp in urgent cases. A failure to deliver a usable pass is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your mandatory statutory rights.

7. Accessing and using your passes

Once issued, we email a private, token-protected web link containing your pass images. Anyone who receives this link may be able to open it; do not publish, forward or expose it. Online retrieval access expires 24 hours after the chosen access date ends, measured in UK time. Save your QR images securely before traveling; this web-link expiry is not necessarily the supplier’s pass-expiry date.

Present the genuine QR credential at the correct lounge together with your boarding pass and identity document if requested. Follow the instructions from lounge personnel, including validation through the access program indicated on the pass. A pass must not be used more times than the supplier allows.

8. Availability and refused admission

A valid lounge pass does not bypass full-capacity restrictions. Lounges may refuse immediate admission or maintain a waiting list. If admission is refused, first ask lounge staff to clarify the reason and whether the QR credential has been validated or redeemed. Then contact us promptly with the lounge, date, approximate time, and any evidence supplied by staff.

We review cases individually and, where appropriate, offer an alternative, reissue, credit or refund. If the purchased service was not properly provided, your mandatory legal rights remain intact. We do not exclude those rights merely because a lounge was full or a third party was involved.

9. Cancellations, refunds and changes

Passes are generally issued for a specified access date and may become committed with our supplier once issued. Requests to change the date, passenger, lounge or terminal are subject to provider rules and availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Read the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Depending on the legal classification of the purchased service and the consumer’s country, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights may apply, or a fixed-date leisure-service exception may apply. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will assess cancellation and withdrawal requests in accordance with the applicable law rather than assume every purchase is automatically exempt.

10. Service communications and account security

You must provide an email address you can access and take reasonable precautions to keep order and QR retrieval links confidential. We will use the information you provide to fulfil your order, contact you about essential booking matters and assist with support requests. A website account is not required for guest checkout.

11. Liability and consumer protections

We are responsible for exercising reasonable care in providing our own service and meeting our obligations under applicable law. We cannot control flight disruptions, airport security rules, lounge staffing or other circumstances outside our control. However, no provision of these Terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that the applicable law does not permit us to exclude, nor does it exclude your mandatory rights to an appropriate remedy if the service is not supplied as agreed.

12. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@skyextras.com, including your order reference, a summary of the problem and any helpful evidence. For consumer complaints governed by Polish law, we will respond within the applicable statutory period (normally 14 calendar days where the Polish Consumer Rights Act applies). You may seek help from consumer protection bodies or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Governing law

The law of Poland applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your habitual residence. This provision does not deprive consumers of rights or judicial forums that cannot lawfully be limited by contract.

14. Updates

The version displayed when you order applies to that order unless a change is required by applicable law or you expressly agree otherwise. We may update these Terms for future purchases and will publish the revision date.
