How it Works?

Getting Your Lounge Access is Easy:

  1. Select Your Lounge

    Choose the lounge that matches your departure terminal.

  2. Complete Your Booking

    During checkout, provide the passenger name and flight details exactly as shown on your travel document.

    If you book for the same day, we aim to deliver your lounge pass within 20 minutes after receiving the passenger information. During peak hours, this may take longer. For urgent cases, contact our WhatsApp support.

    For all other bookings, you will receive your lounge pass by email one day before your scheduled lounge access.

  3. Enter and Relax

    Show your boarding pass, ID, and scan the QR code we sent you at the lounge entrance. Then enjoy your time in the lounge!

  4. Need Help?

    Our support team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CET to assist you with any questions. Don't hesitate to contact us!

In most cases, lounge access is available 2–3 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Check with the lounge reception upon arrival for specific time details or contact our customer support for any additional clarification.
