1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SkyExtras.com, operated by Young Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered at Klapczyka 48, Zory, 44-240, Poland, and the lounge access pass services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

3. Service Description

We are an independent reseller of airport lounge access passes (“Passes”) sourced from third-party providers. Each Pass is intended to grant the holder one-time access to a specified airport lounge on the designated date, subject to the lounge’s and provider’s terms, conditions, and availability. We are not directly affiliated with airport lounges or lounge access programs, and access is subject to the policies of the respective lounge or provider.

4. User Eligibility and Requirements

4.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase Passes.

4.2. To use a Pass, customers may be required to present:

  • A QR code or confirmation provided by us
  • A valid boarding pass for travel on the same day
  • A valid government-issued ID

4.3. Failure to meet lounge entry requirements may result in denial of access, for which we are not liable.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1. Passes may be booked up to the scheduled flight departure time, subject to availability.

5.2. Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.3. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).

5.4. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased Passes.

5.5. All purchases are final, subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

6. Pass Validity and Usage

6.1. Passes are:

  • Valid only for the specified lounge and date of travel
  • Non-transferable
  • Intended for single use only

6.2. Pass validity is subject to the terms and conditions of the lounge and third-party provider. We are not responsible for changes to validity or lounge policies.

6.3. In specific cases, alternative arrangements may be requested through customer support, subject to provider approval.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. Passes are non-refundable except in the following limited circumstances, subject to our discretion:

  • The Pass is deemed invalid by the lounge or provider through no fault of the customer
  • The lounge is closed during the intended access time, and no alternative is provided by the lounge

7.2. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Denial of access due to lounge capacity limits or temporary restrictions
  • Failure to present required documents (e.g., QR code, boarding pass, ID)
  • Missed flights, travel disruptions, or non-use of the Pass
  • Changes in lounge amenities or services

7.3. Refund requests must be submitted to info@skyextras.com within 14 days of the travel date, with supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

7.4. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the Pass was used or if the request does not meet the criteria above.

8. Lost or Missing Passes

8.1. If a Pass QR code or confirmation is lost or not received, contact customer support at info@skyextras.com.

8.2. Upon verification of the original purchase, we will resend Pass details or provide assistance, subject to provider terms.

9. Customer Support

9.1. Support is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Central European Time via:

10. Liability Limitations

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Denial of lounge access due to capacity limits, provider policies, or customer failure to meet entry requirements
  • Changes, reductions, or unavailability of lounge amenities or services
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings in lounges
  • Invalid or deactivated Passes caused by third-party providers or lounge operators

10.2. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Pass.

10.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

13. Third-Party Providers

Our services rely on third-party lounge access providers and lounges, whose terms, conditions, and policies apply to Pass usage. We are not responsible for actions, omissions, or policy changes by these third parties. Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms before purchasing.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

15.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

15.3. Customers may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr for alternative dispute resolution, where applicable.
