1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SkyExtras.com operated by Young Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at Klapczyka 48, Zory, 44-240, Poland, and the lounge pass services we provide.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
3. Service Description
We provide airport lounge access passes (“Passes”) through partnerships with lounge operators. Each Pass grants the holder one-time access to the specified airport lounge on the designated date.
4. User Eligibility and Requirements
4.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase Passes.
4.2. To use a Pass, customers must present:
- The QR code provided by us
- A valid boarding pass for travel on the same day
- A valid government-issued ID document
5. Booking and Payment
5.1. Passes can be booked until the scheduled flight departure time, subject to availability.
5.2. All prices are listed in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5.3. Payments are processed securely through Stripe payment gateway.
5.4. We reserve the right to modify prices periodically. Any price changes will not affect already purchased Passes.
6. Pass Validity and Usage
6.1. Passes are:
- Valid only for the specified date of travel
- Non-transferable
- Single-use only
6.2. Special validity arrangements may be made through customer support in specific cases.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1. Passes are non-refundable once issued, except in the following circumstances:
- The lounge operator declares the Pass invalid
- The lounge is closed during the intended access time and no alternative is offered by the lounge operator
7.2. Refunds are NOT provided in cases where:
- The lounge is temporarily full and requires waiting time
- The customer fails to present required documents
- The customer misses their flight
- The Pass is not used for any reason other than those specified in section 7.1
8. Lost or Missing Passes
8.1. If a Pass QR code is lost or not received, customers should contact customer support for assistance.
8.2. We will resend Pass details upon verification of the original purchase.
9. Customer Support
9.1. Customer support is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Central European Time).
9.2. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 15 minutes.

10. Liability Limitations
10.1. We are not liable for:
- Temporary access restrictions due to lounge capacity
- Changes in lounge amenities or services
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Lost or stolen personal belongings in lounges
- Denial of access due to customer’s failure to present required documents
10.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Pass.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
